Camera try-on

  • The camera turns on only after you tap Try it on and then Turn on camera.
  • Video frames are processed in your browser to locate shoulders, elbows, wrists and hips. They are not uploaded, recorded, saved or streamed to us or anyone else.
  • The tracking engine (Google MediaPipe) and its model are served from this website, so the preview makes no requests to third parties.
  • We do not infer or store body measurements, identity, age, gender or any health information.
  • A picture is saved only if you press Save picture, and it goes straight to your own device.
  • The camera turns off when you close the panel, pause, switch tabs or leave the page.

Using a photo instead of the camera

  • If you choose Use a photo, the preview runs on your photo inside your browser. The photo is not uploaded.
  • Realistic AI photo (optional): only if you tick the separate consent box and press Create AI photo, your photo is sent to our AI image provider (named in the consent box) with the product image to generate a picture of you wearing it. Before sending, we remove location and camera metadata. We store your photo and the result encrypted, and delete them automatically within 24 hours, or immediately when you press Delete now. We ask the provider to return the result directly rather than host it. The provider's own terms also apply.
  • Only your browser, which holds a private link key, can view or delete your AI photo. Staff pages don't show shopper photos.

Orders

We store the name, phone number, optional email and delivery address you enter, the items ordered and the order history. We use them to deliver your order and handle returns. The courier receives what it needs to deliver.

Usage statistics

We count anonymous events such as "try-on started", preview frame rate and "added to cart". These events contain no IP address, device identifier, cookie ID or image.

Cookies

A cart cookie remembers your cart for 30 days. Staff sign-in uses a separate security cookie. We use no advertising cookies.

Retention and your choices

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting. Contact us to ask for a copy or deletion of your data where the law allows.
