How the camera try-on works

Visual preview only. Size, fit, color, and fabric movement may differ in person.

What it does

It finds your shoulders, elbows, wrists and hips in your live camera video and draws the selected garment over your upper body as you move. When you change color, the preview switches to that exact color.

What it can't do

  • It does not scan or measure your body and cannot tell you your size. Use the size chart on each product.
  • It does not simulate fabric. Drape, stretch and wrinkles are not real.
  • It works best facing the camera. Side views, crossed arms and loose layers look less accurate, so the garment fades out when tracking is unreliable.
  • It currently supports T-shirts and simple tops only. Trousers, dresses and accessories can still be bought normally.

Tips for a good preview

  • Stand 1–2 metres from the camera with your shoulders and, if possible, hips in view.
  • Use even, bright light in front of you. Avoid a bright window behind you.
  • Wear a close-fitting top so the preview lines up with your shoulders.
  • Only one person in view gives the most stable result.

Supported browsers

Current Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone (iOS 16.4+), and current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox on a computer with a camera. The page must be opened over https. On older or slower phones the preview lowers its quality automatically to stay smooth.

Camera permission problems

  • Chrome (Android): tap the lock icon next to the address, then Permissions, then Camera, then Allow.
  • Safari (iPhone): Settings, then Safari, then Camera, then Ask or Allow. Or tap "aA" in the address bar, then Website Settings.
  • Desktop: click the camera or lock icon in the address bar and allow the camera, then reload.
  • If another app (video call, camera app) is using the camera, close it and try again.

Privacy

Video never leaves your device. See the privacy notice for details.

Using a keyboard or screen reader

Every product can be chosen and bought without the camera: colors, sizes, measurements and photos are all available as text and buttons. In the try-on panel, all controls are buttons reachable with Tab, Escape closes the panel and turns off the camera, and tracking guidance is announced as text.
